Pink Arctic Freeze

  • 2 3 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 16 ounce whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 9 ounce crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

In large bowl, soften the cream cheese. Blend in the mayonnaise and sugar. Add the fruit and nuts. Fold into an 8" x 8" x 2" pan. Freeze until firm, 6 hours or overnight. To serve, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes, slice and serve.

Yield: 10 - 12 servings
